After receipt purchased product you will have 7 days for confirmation of good quality of the product. If you find any defects, please contact our customers’ service center, and we will solve the incurred problem.
 
All the products are sold with limited guarantee of manufacturer. In case of non-functionality of the goods upon its supply, we will replace the non-functional faulty good for a new one. During 7 days upon receipt of the goods you have to notify us about defects of the goods via email or phone. Defective goods will be replaced with the one of good quality of the same article. The customer is liable as much as possible to confirm the fact of revealing of defects and avoidance of improper operation. Exchange of goods in accordance with the terms of its supply is admissible only in the event of presence of manufacturing defects. This liability shall not apply to the defects caused with the factors not depending upon “TVOYO TV”, or caused due to improper operation or storing of the goods by the Customer. Improper operation or treatment of goods implies the factors such as use of software from the third parties, improper switching and/or incorrect terms of operation.
 
The goods shall not be returned. All the sales deals are final and shall not be due to return of money, exchange or credit financing. In case of defectiveness of the goods we will exchange it to the goods of good quality of the same article. We aim you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Upon expiration of 7 days term of replacement of the goods according to the terms of its supply, you can refer to the relevant manufacturer for the warranty service.
 
All the cases of exchange of goods shall be checked properly and the decisions shall be made regarding its repair or replacement with the new goods. Please stick strictly to the data of instruction for avoidance of delay or refusal to replace the faulty goods. Replacement of the faulty goods shall be carried out during 10 banking days since the day of their receipt.
 
Replacement of faulty goods
 
If it is not indicated otherwise, the defective goods will be accepted for replacement during 7 days since the moment of receipt of such goods. All the more, at our discretion we will be able to replace the faulty goods for the new one or to provide its repair with subsequent return of the repaired goods to the customer.
 
3 simple steps to replace the faulty goods
 
Step 1: Check of the returned goods
 
All the returned items shall be in the original pack and in the standing verified by the manufacturer. Returned item shall not be accepted in case of absence of any of the constituent parts of the goods, making part of the set. Return of the goods shall be immediately declined, and the terms of “TVOYO TV” for return of the goods will be cancelled in the event of non-implementation of integrity of the set, modification or physical damage of the goods.
 
Step 2: Request for receipt of the number of reclamation act
 
You are asked to refer to email: service@tvoyo.tv with the request for receipt of the number of reclamation act. Return of the defective goods without valid number of reclamation is not allowed. The term of validity of the number of reclamation act is 14 days. Any returned goods received by use without indication to the number of reclamation act will be registered and returned to the buyer with the charged payment.
 
Step 3: Sending and insurance of the returned item
 
We urge to insure the parcel with the returned item. That precaution measure will serve for your protection in case of lost or damage of your parcel while transportation. We recommend applying of the “controlled delivery”, which would enable to receive “consideration about delivery of the parcel”. “TVOYO TV” is not held responsible for the returned items, which were lost or damaged while transportation. The transportation expenses and payment for processing of cargo upon delivery to the warehouse and from the warehouse shall be repaid by you as the client and shall not be compensated.
 
All the received items will be checked and tested.
 
Any discrepancies, among them but not limited to, according to the below indicated list, are the basis for return of the goods to the client with the imposed payment and refusal for replacement of the goods.
 
The following criteria are the basis for refusal of replacement of the goods:
 
• The products, packed improperly. Besides the original pack, the products shall be placed into additional pack. The postal labeled shall not be attached to the original pack of the item.
• The products with the removed standard certification label (capacity, stamp).
• The products or the sets with removed barcodes.
• The products with the serial number, which do not comply with the serial number, shall be indicated on the pack or in the invoice (“TVOYO TV” accounts for serial numbers).
• Presence of damages: cracks on the spare parts or damages of the motherboard.
• Damages: presence of hollows/dimples or scratch; damages or destroy of general module.
• Damages: break or damage of the warranty film.
• Damages: losing, damage or removal of bolts or other fastening elements.
• TV set top box and other products with the damages plumb shall not be replaced.
 
Opening of the pack
 
“TVOYO TV” will not replace defective products in accordance with the above-mentioned terms, purchased as the “Products with the opened packs” or the goods of “Sale”. Such sales deals are final. All such items shall be checked by our technicians and acknowledged as of good quality. All the constituent parts of the goods and the instructions are the part of the set of the goods, proposed as the “Goods with opened pack”.
 
General terms for refusal to orders
 
You shall notify us about cancelling of the order 24 hours in advance before sending of the goods. In case of cancelling of the order on the day of sending of the goods shall not guarantee refusal of the shipment and sending of the goods. If the goods have already been sent, you may refuse to receive it, and the order will be cancelled on day of return of the goods to our warehouse. The postal expenses held by the shipper (delivery of the goods to the client and the back-shipment to our warehouse) shall be repaid by the client. Besides, the client shall be charged with the administrative fee for return of the parcel in the amount equivalent of 15 USD.
 
Refusal to the shipped order
 
If you decided to cancel the order and our accounting department has already registered payment of the order, you will be charged the administrative fee for non-implemented order in amount of 4% of the price of the order plus the fee for return of money in the amount equivalent to 5 USD. Transportation costs shall not be returned in the event if the goods have already been sent. You will be also charged with the transportation expenses for the return way.
 
Loss of parcel, lacking goods and reclamation of services of shipment
 
You shall notify the shipper about the facts of loss or damage of the parcel by the shipper or lack of some constituent parts of the goods during 3 days upon their delivery. Besides, you will have to relate to our customers service department in the term of 3 days upon delivery for drawing of the act of reclamation or request for delivery of lacking constituent parts of the goods. The claims shall not be accepted upon expiration of 3 days from the date of delivery; thus, we urge to check integrity of your delivery. We cannot provide monetary compensation for lost parcels, damaged parcels or lacking products.
 
Credit cards – returned payments
 
In case of demand for return of payment implemented with the credit card (deliberately or occasionally) for implemented and accepted order, you will be charged administrative fee in amount of 50.00 USD for confirmation of cancelling of payment and coverage of our expenses related to the process of confirmation of implementation of the order and receipt of the goods. That condition is valid without any exceptions! – If you are not sure in implementation of that purchase, then before getting in touch with your bank call on the telephone number indicated on your check next to the amount!
 
If you use your credit card illegally or in deceitful manner, “TVOYO TV” is entitled to transfer your data to collecting agency, among them but not limited to, the address, number of telephone and IP address. Information about you will be subsequently sent to all the credit organizations in order to put you on the list of defrauders, which accordingly will seriously damage your credit paying capacity/solvency, at least, for the following seven (7) years. Fraud with the credit cards is crime, which we pay serious attention. No expenses will stop us and all the facts of fraud without exception will be pursued according to the law with all the resulting outcomes. Besides, the civil dispute will be extended through filing of claim for compensation of all the incomes lost by us as the result of the act of fraud, among them commercial and court expenditures, as well as the expenses related to providing of the evidence of fruitless work of the personnel and loss of incomes.
 
We consider the request for return of payment by means of the credit card as the fraudulent act in the event if you do not refer to the reasonable means in order to notify us about presence of the problem, incompliance of the deal, and will not solve or clarify the incurred situation. Simple telephone call, email or letter will solve as the rule multiple discrepancies. Earlier such actions were called as conscientious and decent behavior.
 
Request for replacement of defective products without reference of the number of the act of reclamation will be declined. In such case replacement or return of the value of the goods will be declined notwithstanding the fact of presence of the defects. We will not replace the goods of good quality. All the sales deals are final. Replacement or repair of defective products (at our discretion) shall be carried out in the term of 7 days since delivery. If due to any reason you demand to return money for any product, you will be charged with the fee for repeated packing and return of the item in the primary/original standing.
 
For finalization of the process of control assure integrity of the parcel, availability of the transportation and weighing bills of lading and avoidance of damage of the goods by the shipper. Without the above-listed requirements you may not exercise your right to submit reclamation and thus, in such case responsibility of “TVOYO TV” is excluded. Please, assure availability of all the mentioned denominations and secure their storage.
